Please note: Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the following business day.

Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday, and any orders placed Saturday and Sunday, begin processing the next business day.

FedEx Express shipments do not deliver on the weekends as those are not official business days for these services. Orders placed with FedEx Next Day Air shipping on Friday will not be delivered on Saturday. Those orders will be scheduled for delivery by FedEx on Monday.

Most orders process and ship within two (2) business days; however, please be aware that orders being shipped to a second address may take slightly longer to process and ship. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped from Holabird Sports in Baltimore, Maryland; however, some larger items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you.

Take advantage of free shipping!
For a limited time, we are offering free Super Saver shipping on all orders of $75.00 or more that are shipping within the Continental U.S. There are still a few restrictions, including ball machines, balls, and court equipment. Please see our Shipping Restrictions section for a complete list. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time our free ground shipping offer is not available for our customers in Hawaii and Alaska.

Tracking
When available, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping carriers may take 24-48 hours to update their tracking systems and show accurate tracking data. If you wish to look up detailed tracking information for you order, you may do so directly with the carrier by using their website.

Super Saver
Our Super Saver shipping is FREE on almost any order of $75.00 or more. Please see the Shipping Restrictions section for a list of items that don’t qualify.
Your order will be sent in the most cost-effective way possible (FedEx, DHL or USPS).
If you would like to upgrade your shipping method to FedEx Ground, you may do so for only $7.00.
Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes.
Tracking may be limited and should be available 24-48 hours after the package has been shipped.

Standard
Flat-rate shipping charge of $7.95 for orders under $75.00. Please see the Shipping Restrictions section for a list of items that don’t qualify.
Your order will be sent in the most cost-effective way possible (FedEx, DHL, or USPS).
If you would like to upgrade your shipping method, you may do so for an additional $3.00 (making your total shipping charge $10.95).
An estimated delivery date for your order will be provided at checkout.
Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes.

Ball Shipping & Court Equipment
Ball shipping and court equipment prices are calculated based on quantity and your location. An actual shipping price will be provided at checkout.
An estimated delivery date for your order will be provided at checkout.
Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes.
Tracking should be available 24-48 hours after the package has been shipped.
Signature may be required.

FedEx Ground
If you are eligible for our free Super Saver shipping, you may upgrade your order for only $7.00. Please see the Shipping Restrictions section for a list of items that don’t qualify.
If your order totals less than $75.00, you will be charged a flat rate of $7.95 for Standard shipping. You may upgrade your order to FedEx Ground for a total of $10.95.
An estimated delivery date for your order will be provided at checkout.
Your order will be shipped FedEx Ground.
Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes.

USPS Priority Mail

Flat-rate shipping charge of just $9.95.

Shipping for the first item is $14.95.

Delayed military mail piece contact information:
Transit times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas or engaged in operations may experience longer arrival times due to logistical constraints.

When it appears that the difficulty has occurred after the mail has left the jurisdiction of the United States Postal Service, the matter is referred to the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA), the Department of Defense liaison agency with the Postal Service that has overall responsibility for Postal operations at military locations overseas.

Canada

Shipping is a flat fee of 34.95.                                                                                Orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy.                                            Normally this is 2-3 business day service but may take up to 5 days.                        Orders are delivered Monday through Friday.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact your local customs office for details.

Unfortunately, not all items are able to be shipped to Canada. Items are marked with a “US Sales” only note on their individual product pages if they are unable to be shipped to Canada.

 

International

Inclement Weather
We do our best to ensure that every package ships and arrives to its final destination as quickly and efficiently as possible; however, at times extreme or inclement weather such as snow and ice may impact our service and disrupt the transportation networks of our couriers. In those instances, packages are sometimes delayed as couriers may be unable to complete delivery. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work with our dedicated couriers to ensure that packages are delivered quickly and safely.

Shipping Restrictions
Manufacturer Restrictions: Due to manufacturer policies, some items cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. Restricted products are noted.

Tennis Balls
Due to the size and weight of cases of balls, not all tennis balls qualify for flat-rate shipping or our free shipping specials. Shipping charges for cases of balls vary based upon the quantity of balls ordered as well as the shipping destination. Exact shipping charges will be reflected at checkout.
