I Hate the Soles
I am a huge fan of the Bondi 6. I absolutely love the Bondi 6. I bought the new Bondi SR because I wanted a dressier pair to wear when that's called for. The leather upper is certainly nice looking. I have no complaints about that.
What I truly hate about the Bondi SR are the soles. I stepped over dirt and because of the tiny holes or I guess they're crevices all over the soles, so many pieces of dirt got stuck in them. Even spending a lot of time trying to brush the soles clean couldn't get it all out. It took so long, and the whole thing was very frustrating. If you buy these shoes, I highly recommend you avoiding running or stepping over dirt, especially if you've come upon water on the ground first. Look at a close-up of the picture of the soles. You'll see all the crevices. There are lines/crevices all over the individual sections on the soles.
Also, walking on certain floors indoors, because the soles are non-slip, there is sometimes noise produced.
The shoes are comfortable, but not as "pillowy-soft" under the foot as the Bondi 6.
