Customer Service went above and beyond but they shouldn't have had to get involved to begin with
Unfortunately they chose to mail a gift card I needed within a week via USPS. USPS lost the card and I was without a gift for an important event. Customer service promptly sent a new one witch arrived to the recipient the next day. The missing gift card eventually showed up over a month later. NEVER use USPS for anything of importance.
