Don't put wet ball in the machine. The balls will be stuck. The machine is not well design to easily remove ball that are stuck... They should do a little door on the side that you open and reach the balls. Other than that, the machine works fine and its easy to carry. I just got it(2 weeks). So lets just hope that it last long enough considering the price.
