Solinco Confidential 18 1.15

I picked up a reel of this string because it was so good. I had some slight tennis elbow with my previous poly and I was looking for something thinner and more arm friendly and this was it. I string my V8 blades at 50lbs and confidential feels great! Excellent spin and I can get approximately 20 hours of it before I cut it out.

This string has great feel, spin and good control. Tension maintenance is ok but as the tension decreases you I have not noticed a significant control. I've strung a my racquets from 55lbs to 48lbs and the string has played very predictably. For durability I cut my strings after 15 hours of play so I really can't talk to it. Definitely recommend this string .

Confidential 16L is an awesome co-poly. I love the sharp, square profile of Tour Bite and Hyper-G, and have been convinced for the last two years that Hyper-G is the best co-poly ever made for countless reasons more than the shape. This gave me pause and few expectations about the gear- shaped Confidential, though I still wanted to at least try it. So glad I did. I am blown away by the feel and control of this string. I strung a full bed at 50 pounds in a Babolat Pure Drive Tour Plus 100.

I decided to try this string bc I'm a fam of Solinco (especially Hyper G) and man, i was NOT disappointed! Great feel, felt soft like Hyper G and what i noticed the most was the ball pocketing... highly recommend and this will now be my string of choice!
