Solinco Hyper-G Soft 17 1.20

prefer soft over original. still 4 sided which cuts a little bit during stringing but can live w/it. just also ordered toroline o-toro which is 6 sided (hex). will compare to hyper-g and see after holiday. everyone has favorite string, hyper-g soft happens to be mine right now. subjectively, cheaper than say babolat rpm/luxilon alu power, yonnex poly tour, etc and plays better in my opinion. can't go wrong at $13/pkg (or holiday special 2 for 3). i usually wait till around the holiday, like around now and stock them until next holiday.

Great control and spin without any shock to the arm

My favorite cross string to back up Wilson natural gut in mains. Provides comfort, spin and durability. The price makes it affordable as a hybrid with the more expensive natural gut, especially if you are a home stringer like me.

This string gives your stroke great topspin or backspin/slice.

I have been using this string since it came out, great all around performance.
