God is Good! These are the best inserts in the world! I have had a pair and several other pairs for other shoes, boots. I've been using them since 1987 and would not be without them. I wear birkenstocks alton's and insert the sorbathane in them and they make the best all day shoe. I pay for it when @ times I want to do something different and not wear or use them. I recommend to anyone who is on their feet all day, and especially to those who are everyday joggers and walkers. Your doing your body a favor by protecting your joints from the shock of jogging and jilting your body. I started using them when I got shin splints from jogging. its prevented me from having to stop jogging because of the shin splints. Awesome! stuff the sorbothanes. I firsts saw them on 60 minutes. They were going to be used between the horse's hoof and the shoe. Happy 4th of July
