Good for heel pain

I've been running with these for about a month now, swapping them out amongst three pairs of running shoes, and so far I haven't had any plantar fascitis flare-ups. I'm planning to buy another pair. They were easy to cut to fit my shoes- I just took one of the original insoles and traced on top of the Run Max, cut and slipped it right into the shoe.
