Tennis racket strings
Long time user. Great strings!
Item is returnable, but does not qualify for free returns.
Tecnifibre X-One Biphase 17 is Tecnifibre's flagship playability tennis string, and for good reason. With plenty of technology packed in for maximum power, feel and comfort, this string is even a great choice if you suffer from arm pain. The 17 gauge is even thinner for increased feel on those touch shots.
Long time user. Great strings!
Nice playable string and it plays better after second time playing with it. Freshly strung racquet might not play as soft as you expect! I cannot talk about durability since I only played with it 4 times with an injured wrist. I use it on ProKennex Black Ace 300 at 45 lbs and my wrist feels ok.
Now It is my favorite multifillement string .
Practice, match play
I've been playing since I was 7-8 yrs old on and off. Frankly, I only used Technifibre once when I picked up the sport again for high school and after a 3 yr hiatus, and I hated the strings. Never tried them since since I was big fan of Prince in the mid-80s. Fast forward, I've had difficulty with some synthetic gut I put on my Six.One BLX 90 and some poly's. I read the reviews on X-one Biphase and they seem great. I was desperate trying to find strings that give me the feel. I just got off the court before writing this review because they are that AWESOME! I strung 2 racquets - one with the X-one and the other with Solinco Outlast as part of a holabird purchase. I couldn't hit the Solinco Outlast even if it's a softer poly after warming up and playing a set on the X-one. My strokes felt they were coming back from 2 yrs ago and prior, in 2007 or so (another 5 yr hiatus). The feedback is great and frankly, to make the synthetics I used work I had to use a dampener. I never had a use for dampeners all my life but I had to the last year and this year. The power is deceptive in that the strings make me focus more on my old stroke of hitting with more topspin vs. just flat. Prior, I'd barely clear the net sometimes. And for the serve, I had a problem with the old strings even making it over the net vs. now, it's flying about 1-ft off the service line just trying to spin it in. Just an adjustment I have to make. Otherwise, these are great strings and best I've put sinceā¦
