Bad batch - great service.
First can out of the case, though pressurized, was unplayable. Heavy, no bounce, no life. Same with the second. None of my group wanted to play with them. Returned case.

damaged in shipping
You shipped just in a store display case and it burst open during shipping. One can of balls also had popped open, a few others were messed up but are still sealed so I presume are not damaged.
