Before we get too deep into the second week of the 2014 Australian Open, let's take a quick look at what we saw in week one. First there were the sweltering temperatures, including the enforcement of the Extreme Heat Policy, melting water bottles and fainting ball boys. We watched Ana Ivanovic beat No. 1 Serena Williams. We saw Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic both looking pretty unbeatable as they basically sailed through their matches. And we watched hopefully as Andy Murray and Roger Federer both stayed healthy and looked good. Finally, we said good-bye to Gaels Monfils and Juan Martin del Potro.
