David Ferrer is the new No. 4. After suffering from knee tendinitis last June, he pulled out of this year’s Australian Open because of a stomach virus.

After her win over Li Na, Victoria Azarenka takes the No. 1 spot. However, she's got Serena right behind her so who knows how long she'll hold on to it. The biggest change? Former No. 1 Caroline Wozniacki dropped to No. 11.
