WATCH: Saucony Endorphin MD4 and Saucony Endorphin LD4
As if the Endorphin MD3 and LD3 weren't light enough! Saucony trimmed down the overlays on both the midsole and around the heel to make the MD4 and the LD4 astonishingly light. With spikes in place, the MD4 weighs 3.6 ounces for men (size 9) and 3.1 ounces for women (size 7).

The MD4 is optimized for distances ranging from 800m to 5,000m, though many 400m runners may prefer them for their featherweight feel. The LD4 was designed for all distance events from 1500m to 10,000m and can even accommodate 800m runners.

In this video we break down the key differences between the two models and show how technology has led Saucony to create some of the lightest racing shoes ever.
