Outstanding Insole.

Whenever I purchase a new pair of running (or walking) shoes I always include a new pair of Sorbothane Insoles. A little bit of prevention can save you thousands of dollars in medical bills.

Either an insert works for your foot or it does not. No in betweens.

For me and my spouse, these are excellent. The Sorbothane graphite insert gives all my " Cute" suede winter boots the arch support they did not have. They do have to be wide enough to handle the insert. Same for my spring trail boots, urban engineer boots, and summer yard sneakers. I can walk for hours using these without issue.
