I am giving them 2 star review due to their bad return policy. If you don’t try your shoe then how you are supposed to know if it’s a good fit for you. I bought size 10 and it seems to me that size 10.5 would heve been for me. But I can’t return the shoe as I tried it outdoor and their return policy is, it needs to be returned as brand new. Worst return policy.

Unfortunately we would be unable to sell your shoes as brand new to another customer so that is why we are unable to accept used shoes back. We do make note of this prior to purchase and ask our customers to try on in their house before wearing for a run.
