Love this shoe for running! Even more comfortable than the Escalantes I was running with. This ia my second pair before they make a new model so I can stock up! Only shoe that does not make my toes go numb when running.

Wearing Out FAST!
These are some of the most comfortable shoes I've had in a long time. My only issue with them is that their rubber soles wear out too quickly. I have maybe 100 miles of walking on them and the soles are already worn smooth, with worn out right around the corner. I contacted Altra directly and they will do nothing because there is no manufacturing defect.
So beware, rumors of Altra's quality declining seem to be true.
