comfort and control
After playing with polyester string products like RPM Blast and Solinco, Xcel is a relief. I like stringing it at the upper range of tension and it gives a satisfying sound and feel on a well struck shot. Easy on the arm, too. Decent power, and soft touch.

Good syn gut String
I am a racquet stringer and keep packs of this string on hand for a few of my customers. Decent syn gut string although somewhat pricey. It does readily groove when strung hybird with a poly so you need to keep an eye on it before a string breaks. Better strung as the only string.
