Good shoe. Quite comfortable and sturdy. Nice packed and shipped.
928v3 by New Balance were recommended as a stable, walking shoe for me post-stroke. I live in Skowhegan, Maine less than a mile from the New Balance factories. And they worked great! Imagine my disappointment when I was told they had been discontinued! The young rep offered me the replacement 813 walkers. I have been wearing 813's for the last 3 years. My walking and gait have steadily declined during that time. I was searching eBay for a lightly used pair when I found these. What a wonderful difference these have made for me, I am very happy to be a new customer!
It may be unfair. My Doc wishes me to wear a new pair of sneaks, with strong support, each month. Sneaks break in, in about three weeks. Hell, I stretch'em for two weeks before wearing them. I have six pair of very useful shoes in my closet. I just donated three pair. Any better way to stretch shoes properly. Caused by an accident, my left foot is almost 5 X. Right foot has a corn that looks like a Horn coming off my big toe.
Comfortable, well built, durable shoe
