September 8, 2013 will be a huge day for squash.
It's the day the International Olympic Committee will vote on which new sport will be added to the 2020 Olympic games. The IOC is meeting September 7 - September 10 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. During this meeting it will vote on which sport to add to the 2020 Olympics: squash, baseball/softball or wrestling.
The tennis community has come full force in support of squash. We've seen Roger Federer, Kim Ciljsters, Andre Agassi and more supporting squash. The England Rugby team supports squash. So does the Indian cricket team. Squash is played around the world. It might not be as big here in America as it is in Egypt or Malaysia, but it's definitely growing in popularity.
Watch two World Champions of Squash, Nicol David and Ramy Ashour, show you why squash should be included in the 2020 Olympics.
