With the arrival of spring, we can finally let go of the cold darkness of winter and embrace warmth, renewal, and transformation. During this season of rejuvenation and revitalization, the workout possibilities seem endless and maybe a little daunting. Have no fear! Aries (March 21-April 19)

As a fearless and independent Aries, you’re in need of high-intensity sweat sessions that will let you burn off all that extra energy. Intense interval work on a treadmill and boxing classes are both great options.
