What stays the same?

• Rearfoot and Forefoot GEL Cushioning - The very same cushioning system that has made ASICS famous. It provides shock attenuation upon landing and plush comfort throughout the gait cycle.


• Dynamic DuoMax Support System - ASCIS' new and improved stability system that controls a runner's pronation more fluidly and comfortably.

How does the Kayano 20 fit compared to the Kayano 19? Don't worry about sizing up or down. The GEL Kayano 20 maintains the same fit it has had for the past several releases.
