Stable, very cushioned ride
For years I wore Dyads. I have to wear rigid orthotics and the Dyad gave me a cushioned shoe that offset the rigidity of the orthotics. But Brooks changed the structure of the Dyad a few years ago and put more cushioning in the insole and less in the midsole. Finally I found out that Brooks was replacing the Dyad with the Ghost Max. I really like this new shoe. It is very stable for a cushioned shoe. It has a lot of cushioning in the mid sole which really makes it comfortable with my orthotics. I highly recommend the Ghost Max for anyone who needs needs a highly cushioned, stable shoe, especially if you wear orthotics.
