Good for certain paces

When I first got these I experienced heel slip. I used the runner’s knot and that made it a bit better. These do take about 25 miles to break in. They are firmer than I expected but they do seem to be faster than a regular daily trainer. They are best at a pace faster than 9 minutes per mile and they do help when going faster. I use them for tempo days and intervals. They can do easy paces, but they aren’t the best at it. I am 43 y/o at 6’3” and about 245 lbs with a muscular build. I prefer a softer shoe for recovery and easy runs.
