Comfortable & Forgiving
The fit is true to size. Although I haven't returned to running yet, they have worked very well in challenging hikes on and off trail with my dog. Some of my hikes have lasted over an hour and/or over three miles. Their waterproof status has been challenged by me, and they succeeded. Occasionally, one shoe lace becomes untied. This is not unusual for me with any laces that aren't the flat, cotton type. They are usually okay if I pull the knot extra tight. I think this is more me and my sometimes clunky nature that the laces fault. The shoes are comfortable enough I may consider a "fresh foam" version of NB's tennis shoes when the time comes. I really like them.
